General Information

• Burj Alnoor Advertising provides customized printing solutions including business cards, banners, packaging, promotional items, and many more.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Order & Customization

• All products are custom-made based on the design, artwork, or specifications you provide or approve.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork, text, logos, and other design elements are accurate and error-free before final approval.
• Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Payments

• We require 100% advance payment for all orders.
• Payment methods:
  • Secure online payment on our website
  • Bank transfer to our company account
• We do accept cash payments or walk-in transactions.

Delivery & Shipping

• Standard delivery: 5–8 working days after design approval.
• 2-Day delivery and Express delivery options are available at extra cost.
• Deliveries are handled via third-party courier partners. Timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • Oversized / heavy products
  • Remote or non-mainland delivery areas
  • Urgent / express shipping requests

Refunds & Cancellations

• Since every product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns once the order has been produced.
• Refunds are only provided in the rare case of:
  • Production errors proven to be caused by Burj Alnoor Advertising
  • Incorrect item delivered (different from the approved design/order)
• Minor variations in color, size, or finishing are normal in printing and are not eligible for refund

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate order details, artwork, and delivery information.
• Approve final design proofs before production.
• Ensure that uploaded artwork does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property

• All designs created by Burj Alnoor Advertising remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer, but Burj Alnoor Advertising reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, or social media unless otherwise requested.

Limitation of Liability

• Burj Alnoor Advertising is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.
• Our liability for any order shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
